* Fully registered indicates that a form with a cheque was received or on-line registration with PayPal payment is complete (note that e-check payment through paypal delays notification while payment clears).
** On-line registrations receive an order number, paper registrations are numbered sequentially when received. The on-line list is generated by merging lists from both systems. e.g. Paper registration 1 will be followed by on-line registration 1.
